Zoltan immigrated to the United States in his early 20’s in 1984. In the technology field, he moved up fast into leading positions in the Aerospace Engineering environment. In 1987 received his first Patent Grant for a 3D Pyramid-shaped toy (4 solutions) which gave the inspiration for the Indiana Jones Ride (3 solutions) in Disneyland. With his knowledge and expertise, he has proven to the Owners of smaller manufacturing establishments, successfully Managed Millions of Dollars worth of Production lines over the past 36 years, by producing vital mechanical parts for large Government and Commercial Aerospace Manufacturers. Living through the past economical disasters, he gained valuable knowledge and experience as a Mortgage Banker and tasted the exhilarating Options Trading on the Stock Market with reaping a high %-age of earnings. 2010 brought a huge change in his life when he represented a product for cleaning the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. The Group failed to provide acceptable solutions on the problem and other environmental protection projects. Zoltan was forced and left with Promises made, but he was ready for Incorporating with an American Engineering Group. Zoltan and his Engineer Partners formed HKS Holdings (the name was formed from the owner’s initials) for the purpose of producing the Hydrophobic material. Being the CTO and Partner in the Company. His partners were leading the use of the invention towards construction and utility purposes like the Keystone Pipeline Projects with hopes of reaching a $200-300 million Company Value in the next year. Keystone Pipelines were killed by the actual political, economical situation and with that, HKS Holdings lost the main, market-leading construction company. the investor partner and the opportunity. 2015 HKS Holdings received a patent for the manufacturing technology of the hydrophobic powder-solution. After the patent reached Grant status Zoltan was still working passively tweaking the invention to be as he promised to BP, created a Bio-Remediation Agent which is not a construction material, but able to cure the environment. He invented a completely new formula with organic components, by a different technology method of the production, that being a bio-remediation agent. This temporary hydrophobe bio-remediation agent is the base of Bra(i)nsynox.
Mr. McFarlane’s early career was spent manufacturing underwater vehicles at International Submarine Engineering Ltd. (ISE) in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. He spent time at sea in the offshore oil and gas industry in Canada, Norway, Scotland, and the United States operating Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) for various international commercial diving companies. Subsequently, he worked with the US Navy developing mine countermeasures robotics systems and methodologies. In 1987 he joined Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute (MBARI) as Chief ROV Pilot and departed in 2002 as one of the Institutes Directors. He was Vice President at Sound Ocean Systems in Redmond, Washington from 2007 until 2009 while maintaining and operating his marine consulting company. In September 2009 he was appointed as the Head of the Office of Resources and Environmental Monitoring for the International Seabed Authority. In this capacity, he was responsible for the management of all deep ocean mineral resources in the Area. In September of 2011, he returned to ISE as Executive Vice President and in March of 2018, he re-opened McFarlane Marine Services a boutique consulting company focused on the subsea marine marketplace.
His career has included international ocean policy creation, undersea systems development, oceanographic research, manufacturing, marine operations, training and management for a broad range of customers. These efforts were for academia, offshore oil and gas, military and educational programs. He was seconded from MBARI to train and lead Canadian Navy forces for wreckage recovery from the Swissair 111 disaster off the coast of Nova Scotia in 1998. His experience in all facets of subsea development, research, and operations have provided him with a unique perspective on oceanographic endeavors and the marine environment. Mr. McFarlane is an experienced ROV pilot and has logged over 10,000 hours of piloting time, primarily for oceanographic research.
He was the co-chairperson of the National Science Foundation, National Visiting Committee, for the Marine Advanced Technology Center (MATE) for education from 1999 to 2009. He has also been directly involved in numerous film, television, and documentary programs highlighting oceanographic research, education, and current news. He is active in the scientific oceanographic community and is an active speaker at workshops and conferences internationally. He is a Member of the Marine Technology Society, a Fellow National (’97) of the Explorers Club, and is a member of the American Bureau of Shipping Underwater Vehicles and Systems Special Committee.

Bradley is a US Air Force Combat veteran who had multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Qatar as an OSI Special Agent and Expeditionary Field Medic. His deployments during the Gulf War era were in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation New Dawn. Bradley graduated from Excelsior College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Liberal Arts, while also earning dual degrees from Air University; an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Pharmacology; and an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Criminology. Additional academic achievements include his graduation from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Academy, the Office of Inspector General Institute, and US Air Force Office of Special Investigations Academy. Bradley demonstrates great passion and a well-rounded approach in marketing due to his wealth of knowledge and unique life experiences.
Scott graduated from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Accounting / Business Administration. He has extensive experience with operating construction, energy, and engineering businesses. Scott also served as the Chairman of SRC Construction for more than two decades. As a Nationwide General Contractor, he oversaw the complete renovation of a 100,000 sq. ft. convention center located in the Holiday Inn Hotel on 57th Street NYC. The 3,500-person project was completed in one year, at which time the hotel remained fully operational. With 605 rooms spanning 56 stories, all public parking spaces, and not to mention a world class roof top pool deck, this hotel has become the highest grossing Holiday Inn in the World. As a master of large scale projects, Scott also completed a 550-room hotel in Catskill, New York, and a 450-unit development in New Jersey. Additionally, Scott mastered approximately 100 build outs nationwide which included various Fortune 500 companies with the likes of Barnes & Noble Bookstores. Further, there were 50 new stores completed, each ranging from 27,800 square feet to 35,000 square feet. From the first shovel of dirt until the stores were fully ready to receive books to be stocked on the shelves, Mr. Caridi was only afforded a 120 day window to complete the tasks. The task also included the construction of state-of-the-art cafes. Mr. Caridi was the co-founder for Resource Recovery International, the organization that acquired the USS Bennington, a whopping 36,000-ton Aircraft Carrier and sister ship to the USS Intrepid. The vessel is now located at a historical museum on the West side of Manhattan, New York. Mr. Caridi’s environmental passion also drove him to become the President of Oil-Free Technologies Inc. This valuable company specialized in the Enzymes yielded from Earthworms since 2004.
Jerry Warner has a bachelors degree from West Virginia University. He is retired from the Army Corp. of Engineers. He has worked on various rivers and lakes in the US helping to build and rehab different dams and locks. Having spent four years in the US Air Force and sixteen years with the USACE, Jerry has gained a great appreciation for the health of our rivers and streams.

He has a wide experience in this respect as he has been dealing with sales and partnership cooperation for the last 20 years on the international market. He was head of sales and marketing in New Zealand as well for 5 years and has established relationships for the oncoming business too. Professional experience After graduating as a lawyer, she began working as a lawyer for an international law firm mainly in the field of corporate and oil&gas sector in Cyprus then, extended her legal work into the finance world, which is where her Economical studies really helped to be successful, and lead her to where she is today.
